A Step-by-Step Guide to Downloading Your Gallery Photos

So, you received that email with a link to your online photo gallery and now you’re ready to bring those memories into your own space. Fantastic! Today, I’ll take you through the ins and outs of downloading those photos. It’s a straightforward process, and I’m here to make sure it’s smooth sailing for you. The steps won’t take much of your time, roughly about 10 minutes or so. Grab your laptop or phone, follow along with these steps, and let’s get those photos saved and ready for you to enjoy. Plus, I’ve added visuals for each step to make it even easier.
Before we dive in, a couple of tips to keep in mind:
Download All (recommended method)
Phase 1
- Open up your gallery from the email I sent you and revel
- After you are done reveling, tap the Download All button
- On the next page, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Please do so.
- After you wait a few minutes, an email will be sent to the email address you provided when the photos are ready for download. If you don’t see it after 30 minutes, go through the download process again.
Phase 2
- Ok, you received the email! Now what? –tap the link in the email.
- On the download page, click the link to the album name.
- Tap ’Download’ to confirm the download.
- Wait another few minutes.
Phase 3
- On your iPhone, search for Downloads.
- on the bottom pane, click Browse
- click On My iPhone
- click the browser you use on your phone (Chrome / Safari)
- You should see a folder with .zip at the end of the file.
Phase 4
- When you see the .zip file, tap it one time, and you should see a new folder start to download.
- Go into the new folder, and click the 3 dots at the top right, then Select, then Select All, then the upload icon
- click Save xx Images and these should now be saved in your Photos app!

- Click into the photo you want to download, tap Download
- From the pop-up, click Download.
Phase 2
Downloading .zip files on your Android phone or tablet
If you don’t have an un-zipping application installed on your Android device, I recommend that you download and install ’WinZip for Android’ and some type of ‘File Explorer’, these are free from the Google Play Store.
